Cattails and Phragmities Management

This invasive variety of phragmites is becoming widespread throughout the Great Lakes and is displacing the native variety of the same species, as well as many other native plants.  Cattails can also become a nuisance to lake and pond owners.  If not managed your waterbody may become unusable for recreation and wildlife.  Our team has to tools and techniques to remove both species.  Normally this is a multi-year program.  Our program starts with the use of herbicides to stop the plants from regenerating and reproducing.  We are able to then come in and remove them.
